1. Information only, not an offer

Content on this website is for general information about Omaxe Palm City, Lucknow. It does not constitute an offer, invitation to offer, allotment or contract. Any booking is governed solely by the application form, the Agreement to Sale, the applicable price list and the documents registered with UP RERA.

2. Prices and charges

• Starting prices shown (₹1 Cr, ₹1.10 Cr and ₹1.45 Cr onwards) are as published on the project price creative of 3 September 2026 and are indicative. The Maximum Sale Price (MSP) as per the current Omaxe independent floor price list is ₹1.13 Cr (3 BHK, 1,500 sq.ft.), ₹1.24 Cr (3 BHK, 1,650 sq.ft.) and ₹1.63 Cr (4 BHK+Servant, 2,170 sq.ft.), shown before the inaugural discount and excluding GST, PLC, additional charges, club membership, parking, power backup, AMC, stamp duty and registration.
• The price list states that prices are subject to revision at the discretion of the company and that the price prevailing on the date of booking and acceptance is final and escalation free. The inaugural discount of ₹800 per sq.ft. is as published and may be withdrawn or changed by the developer.
• Any price shown is not the final all-inclusive cost unless stated. Additional charges, preferential location/floor charges (PLC), parking, maintenance-related charges, stamp duty, registration, GST and other applicable taxes and charges are extra, as per the applicable price list.
• The price list applicable on the date of booking applies, and prices can be revised by the promoter/developer without prior notice.
• Any promotional or campaign pricing is valid only as stated in the relevant offer and does not replace the official price list.

3. Project information

• Project details are taken from the Omaxe Palm City brochure (revised sizes), the current independent floor price list and payment plans, and the price creative of 3 September 2026.
• Township amenities are as listed in the brochure and may be subject to planning, approvals and revisions.
• Specifications are indicative and may change as per the developer/promoter; equivalent finishes, fittings and fixtures may be provided.
• Travel times are approximate and vary with traffic, route and time of day.

4. Images

Images are computer-generated renders or representational unless labelled otherwise. Images labelled “Reference image” are illustrations from the brochure and are not photographs of the project. Floor plans are reproduced from the brochure; furniture shown is indicative.

5. RERA

Project UP RERA Registration No.: UPRERAPRJ5425 (P3) · UPRERAPRJ5429 (P6). Authorised Channel Partner UP RERA Agent Registration No.: UPRERAAGT10207. Buyers should verify all project and registration details on the UP RERA website, www.up-rera.in, and in the official project documents before making any decision.

6. Payments

Make payments only to the developer/promoter’s RERA collection account as stated in the official documents. Please verify payment details with the developer/promoter before making any payment.

7. Consent to be contacted

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
