It is not the official website of the developer/promoter, Omaxe Limited (project UP RERA Registration No. UPRERAPRJ344049/07/2024 (Ph I) · UPRERAPRJ166763/08/2024 (Ph II)).
1. Information only, not an offer
Content on this website is for general information about Omaxe Cassia, Omaxe Metro City, Lucknow. It does not constitute an offer, invitation to offer, allotment or contract. Any booking is governed solely by the application form, the Agreement to Sale, the applicable price list and the documents registered with UP RERA.
2. Prices and charges
- The starting price shown is ₹89 Lakhs. It is indicative and subject to change; the final cost depends on the unit, floor, preferential location, parking, applicable charges and taxes as per the developer's prevailing price list.
- Unit-wise prices, charges and payment plans are shared on request and are governed by the developer's price list and the Agreement to Sale.
- Any price shown is not the final all-inclusive cost unless stated. Additional charges, preferential location/floor charges (PLC), parking, maintenance-related charges, stamp duty, registration, GST and other applicable taxes and charges are extra, as per the applicable price list.
- The price list applicable on the date of booking applies, and prices can be revised by the promoter/developer without prior notice.
- Any promotional or campaign pricing is valid only as stated in the relevant offer and does not replace the official price list.
3. Project information
- Project details are taken from the project's published material: floor-plan tables, the site plan, the township location map and the UP RERA records for Phase I (UPRERAPRJ344049/07/2024) and Phase II (UPRERAPRJ166763/08/2024).
- The site plan is an illustration. Tower positions and features may be subject to planning, approvals and revisions, and the plan is not a construction-status map.
- Specifications are indicative and may change as per the developer/promoter; equivalent finishes, fittings and fixtures may be provided.
- Travel times are approximate and vary with traffic, route and time of day.
4. Images
Images are computer-generated renders or representational unless labelled otherwise. The image labelled “Reference image” is the cover creative of the project material and is not a photograph of the project. Floor plans are reproduced as published; furniture shown is indicative.
5. RERA
Project UP RERA Registration No.: UPRERAPRJ344049/07/2024 (Ph I) · UPRERAPRJ166763/08/2024 (Ph II). Authorised Channel Partner UP RERA Agent Registration No.: UPRERAAGT10207. Buyers should verify all project and registration details on the UP RERA website, www.up-rera.in, and in the official project documents before making any decision.
6. Payments
All transfer/deposit of funds by homebuyers towards booking/purchase are made only in the Collection Account of the project:

Please verify payment details with the developer/promoter before making any payment.
7. Consent to be contacted
